Drop In Media is a mobile content delivery service provider. Pioneering cross-carrier multimedia messaging in North America, Drop In Media connects media, publishers and brands with mobile consumers, enabling the delivery of premium content covering pop culture, news, sports, and entertainment. Despite its initial success Drop In Media was facing declining revenues due to an aging product and was looking for a new strategic direction. We developed a strategy and roadmap for renewed growth, which was informed by market analysis and forward looking technology trends. We identified emerging markets with the potential for innovation while leveraging existing core capabilities. We then worked with the client to define the initial offering, to onboard content and technology partners, and to manage implementation and product launch. We prepared the company to execute on revenue expansion in the highest grow section of the $18B mobile ad market.
