Despite its initial success Drop In Media was facing declining revenues due to an aging product and was looking for a new strategic direction. We developed a strategy and roadmap for renewed growth, which was informed by market analysis and forward looking technology trends. We then worked with the client to define the initial offering, to onboard content and technology partners, and to manage implementation and product launch.
