Pioneering cross-carrier multimedia messaging in North America, Drop In Media connects media, publishers and brands with mobile consumers, enabling the delivery of premium content over SMS, MMS and WAP. To grow its business Drop In Media had to grow beyond its first customer relationship into a gaining broader market acceptance. To develop a value creating ecosystem Drop In Media needed to establish strategic partnerships with telecommunication providers and technology providers and build a loyal community of consumers. We worked with Drop In Media to assess and develop their strategic partnerships, and helped structure and negotiate relationship agreements that would protect their intellectual property, define revenue shares, and scale the partnerships. Drop In Media achieved its first $1M in revenue and laid the groundwork for creating a multi-million dollar company.
